We are building an AI-integrated healthcare application that will provide a personal doctor for every household and reduce the waiting time for health and medicine consultations.FPT Healthcare will offer a variety of features, including:- Online consultation with doctors: Patients will be able to consult with doctors online via video chat, text chat, or voice call.- AI-powered symptom checker: Patients will be able to use the AI-powered symptom checker to get a preliminary diagnosis of their symptoms.- Medication delivery: Patients will be able to order medication online and have it delivered to their doorstep.- Health records management: Patients will be able to store and manage their health records in the app.FPT Healthcare is still in development, but we are excited to bring this innovative solution to market. We believe that FPT Healthcare has the potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry and make healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone.Roles:Build personalized sheets in Excel to manage and follow up with customers weekly.Translate tasks assigned from doctors to customers into daily basis questions.Weekly communication with customers for medical check-ups.Resolve technical problems that arise from IOT devices for customers.Conduct surveys through phone calls with customers.Analyze insights to support the Product Team and AI Team for product development. Document a customer care process report for the C-levels of the project.Recognition and achievements:Increase the weekly response rate of the customers from 50% to 75%.Personalize Careplan for patients on Excel to track compliance levels.
