  I was responsible for all the electrical systems at both the Ketchikan sawmill and the Metlakatla Sawmill. I installed/updated electrical controls in all of the plants machines, writing my own programs and increasing mill production.

  Assisted the Yakama Indian tribe with the design, control, and installation of both a small log mill and most recently, a large log mill. My job responsibilities included all aspects of electrical, mechanical, purchasing, training, record keeping. I wrote the PM programs for both small and large sawmills- electrical and mechanical. I assisted in machine selection, floor layout, design, etc. My primary goal with the tribe was to train tribal members in the electrical field, millwright field, and teach them supervisory skills.
