  Department: ProductionThrough comprehensive training, I have the opportunity to study the different stages of the glove manufacturing process, such as material preparation, quality checking and packaging. I have improved my hands-on experience by collaborating closely with experienced production staff and engineers to learn how to utilize machines, identify and troubleshoot common issues that arise during production. I was also involved in some projects which are related to process improvement of production lines to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.Scope of tasks1) Study the process flow of the production line2) Report problems or any condition to supervisor from time to time3) Coordinate with engineers and supervisors regarding the production problems 4) Assist engineers in data analysis and troubleshooting on certain condition5) Monitor the process and chemical parameters and ensure them are within in the range6) Take care of glove quality for each running line in productionProjects:- Coagulant pump back tank and blending ratio of fresh dipping coagulant and pumped back coagulant- Reclamation system of dripping slurry Show less
