  I have been working as President at Indian Society for Technical Education, Chitkara University. It has been a great experience till now. My role is to organize various events and manage the whole team. This has developed my leadership ability and communication skills. My ability to handle the critical pressure of deadlines has also enhanced. I worked as Database Head at ISTE, Chitkara University and lead a team of 10 members. My role was to handle all the data related event like participants list and details, attendance in the event etc. Also creating forms like registration form and feedback form and creating certificates for online events. I worked as Senior Executive at ISTE, Chitkara University. We were a core team of 10-15 members and handled the different teams of 10-15 members each. My role was to ensure the overall happening of events, the work of all teams and to provide backups if some members couldn't do their work. I used the organise and distribute responsibilities of the event.
