Ltd., a global manufacturer of art and cosmetic tools, leading the marketing and communications for Makeup Secrets, an in-house D2C beauty and wellness eCommerce brand. The role focuses on developing and implementing digital strategies that resonate with the target audience. It's a blend of leveraging creative thinking and analytical skills to achieve tangible results, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging effectively with customers. Introduction to online marketing was through To The New Private Limited, where the role was immersed in the world of strategic alliances and influencer marketing. It was a solid foundation in understanding the dynamics of collaboration and leveraging networks, teaching the impact of building strong relationships in the business world. Next was a leap into entrepreneurship with Chaminnasi, a culinary startup that brought the unique flavors of North-East India to a wider audience. This experience was not just about food; it was a deep dive into brand-building, customer engagement, and the resilience required to establish a new business. Gained learning on the importance of customer satisfaction and the value of delivering exceptional experiences. Subsequently, a role in social media management with the Indian National Congress was undertaken.
