      Led six research projects geared towards minorities and social equality, most notable being one focused on how education can be a key factor to empower women and reduce domestic violence. Project was executed in various communities in Guayaquil, Ecuador and consisted of interviewing and analyzing responses of 400 male and female participants to determine importance of education for decreasing violence, rapes and additional abuse in all social classes.- Taught university-level courses in Research Design, Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis and Critical Thinking.- Organized university’s 1st conference and magazine, including publishing 120+ articles, and training and supporting fellow professors.
