My responsibilities include sourcing quality leads through a gamut of channels which include the extensive branch network of ICICI Bank, DSA's registered with ICICI Bank and then successfully onboarding those leads to our bank via disbursement. Primarily have cultivated strong business relationships with customers to drive business developments which have enabled us in cross-selling and generating very high fees for the Bank A critical part also includes monitoring the health of the portfolio so as to maintain an excellent customer base and spotting early delinquencies if any.
