  My first serious project was to build a simple app creator for Android with C#. I worked very hard and did my best, but the project did not go as planned.I lacked experience and guidance, and I did not get paid enough for my time. It was a heartbreaking experience. I felt lonely and confused, and I had many questions.My English was not good enough to use Stack overflow or other resources. But I also learned a lot from this project.   Iran has three different calendars and dates that are used for different purposes. The official calendar is the Jalali calendar, which is based on the solar year and was devised by Omar Khayyam, a famous Persian scholar and poet.The religious calendar is the Islamic calendar, which is based on the lunar year and determines the dates of many holidays and festivals. The international calendar is the Gregorian calendar, which is used by most of the world and affects some global events and activities.Our project aims to create a product that integrates all these calendars in one place and helps users manage their time and plans more easily. The last time I was there the software recorded 200.000.000 traffic.

  Working here was a great experience. Our goal was to scale up our service in terms of users and locations. To do that, we migrated from a custom framework to Laravel, which was a big challenge. We also changed the database structure, moved all media to Alibaba Object Storage, changed the infrastructure to Kubernetes (docker base orchestration), and used Redis for caching.

You can find all the information you need on our website, and book your desired option with just a few clicks.This project has some challenges that we are trying to overcome. One of them is the low profit margin from our booking engine partners, which makes it hard to cover the cost of attracting customers to our website. We are working on optimizing our marketing strategies and increasing our conversion rate. Another challenge is the technical complexity of crawling and processing large amounts of data from our partners’ websites. We send about 100,000 requests every day to collect and update the data for 20,000 hotels and tours.
