  My time at West Mercia Police inducted me in the art of process analysis and the challenges of delivering process improvement and change management within a large and complex organisation. I had a highly skilled mentor in my manager, who taught me so much and grounded my experience and passion for business analysis. I also learned a huge amount from the Enterprise Architect who was passionate about joining up the complex web of processes and systems through Service Oriented Architecture and with whom I worked closely with, using Casewise, to draw up the process architecture and process management structure to support and enable this vision.   Through my first project at Sanctuary to bring Gas operations on system, to the implementation of SAP and the extensive process mapping and analysis to support this transition, I have been passionate about making a difference to our customers. I took this understanding and knowledge of our organisations capability gaps and developed the Business Architecture which drove the opportunity to leverage the investment in SAP towards a fully integrated data management solution; a key enabler for a new customer focussed Target Operating Model for Affordable Housing. Adopting and embedding a new agile approach to delivery at Sanctuary, I led a team as Chief Product Owner on the development and delivery of multiple solution building blocks to meet shared capabilities across key areas of the business, and against 3 main customer value streams; Issue through to resolution (Responsive), compliant risk to compliant home (Compliance) and moving in to investing in my home (Planned).
