  Sales & Marketing Professional und Wellness & Spa Koordinator – Golfanlage Schloss LüdersburgIn meiner Tätigkeit bei der Golfanlage Schloss Lüdersburg war ich sowohl im Sales & Marketing tätig als auch als Koordinator des Wellness- und Spa-Bereichs verantwortlich. Im Bereich Sales & Marketing übernahm ich die Budgetierung, Berichterstattung und das Controlling und arbeitete eng mit dem Management an strategischen Verkaufs- und Marketingplänen. Von der Förderung und dem Vertrieb unserer Hotel- und Golfservices bis hin zur Mitgliedergewinnung war ich in alle Phasen involviert – vom Pre-Sales bis zum After-Sales-Service.Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit lag auf der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für die CLUBHAUS AG, die mit Schloss Lüdersburg und Schloss Nippenburg zwei exklusive Golfanlagen betrieb. Zudem organisierte und vermarktete ich verschiedene Events sowie die Golfakademie, einschließlich der Bereitstellung von Handicap-Zertifikaten für unsere Gäste.In meiner Rolle als Koordinator des Wellness- und Spa-Bereichs trug ich die volle Verantwortung dafür, dass unsere Gäste eine hochwertige und entspannende Erfahrung genießen konnten. Ich war für die Planung und Umsetzung von Wellnessangeboten zuständig, die höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht wurden, und sorgte für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sowie eine erstklassige Betreuung im Spa-Bereich.Schloss Lüdersburg, mit seinen zwei preisgekrönten 18-Loch-Championship-Golfplätzen, einem Hotelkomplex, mehreren Restaurants und Wellnessangeboten, zählt zu den schönsten Golfanlagen Deutschlands und bietet Gästen und Geschäftspartnern ein exklusives Erlebnis.
