      During my 9-month training, I underwent a comprehensive and immersive program. It was designed to equip me with various skills and experiences. The training was divided into distinct phases, each contributing uniquely to my professional development: 1. Classroom Training (2 Months):The initial phase focused on theoretical and practical knowledge essential for the banking industry. This included intensive sessions on financial principles, banking regulations, customer service excellence, and the latest technological advancements in the sector. 2. Branch Banking (1 Month):The second phase involved practical exposure at a bank branch. I engaged in daily banking operations, interacting with customers and understanding their needs. This experience was crucial in developing my interpersonal skills, Customer transaction processing, and overall branch management. It provided a real-world context to the concepts learned during classroom training. 3. Department Rotation (5 Months):The most extensive phase of the training involved rotating through various departments within the bank. Each rotation offered a deep dive into the specific functions and challenges of the department, allowing me to gain a holistic understanding of the bank’s operations and strategic goals. The departments are the following:1. Compliance Group2. People Organization and Excellence Group 3. Digital Banking Group 4. Corporate and Investment Banking Group5. Operations Group6. Risk Management Group4. Special Project (1 month):The final phase culminated in a special project where I prepared an in-depth research report on "Corporate Credit Risk Assessment." This involved extensive research and data analysis. I then presented my findings and recommendations to a panel of senior executives, showcasing my analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
