      Since starting this role in 2022, I have managed two local agency offices both of which were around £6 million Growth Written Premium Income with responsibility for a team of up to 10. Key Role Responsibilities include: * Managing and leading the team during the Tupe process, with extensive experience navigating through challenging environments* Coaching and Development support, including direct responsibility for facilitating the personal growth of the commercial team and carrying out Training and Competency checking.* Key account management and Retention with experience in supporting accounts up to £200,000 of Gross Written Premium Income providing excellent service and tailored Insurance advice* Sales strategy and development within the office, including acquisition of Mid Corporate accounts and pipeline development and analysis * Shaping and Implementing a personalised business strategy and sales plan * Regulatory compliance lead for the agency, held to the same standards as an Approved Person of the FCA by NFU Mutual's internal compliance checks. * Supporting and Leading on the strategy for the growth of the NFU Mutual high net work proposition across the south west region, working closely with key stakeholders across Head office functions to facilitate growth* Maintain and grow relations with the local farming union members, working closely with the NFU county advisor Show less Sales and agency division graduate scheme with responsibilities split between gaining practical experience within Sales Development, undertaking regional support projects and following a structured learning and growth programme.Practical experience gained working across multiple placements within NFU Mutual's local agencies, facilitating my personal growth and skill set expansion.
