  UT ECOLOG provides Supply Chain Services to ECOPETROL, CENIT, Equion as the main clients. From the import of materials to the reception in the warehouses throughout the country. The services includes: International freight forwarding, custom , land transportation, warehouse administration and inventory management. Responsible of the General Management of 4PL Logistic Operator of an operational group for more than 400 people, designing strategies for improving the service quality and the optimization of resources. The main responsabilities in my current position are : - I designed a strategic planning model, aligning the objectives of a the Company with the guidelines of the contract with the client, ensuring continuous improvement. - Perform the monitoring of 4PL Logistics Operation, through a team focused on the traceability of transactions under a platform that monitoring times and cost by indicators taking the best decisions to achieve savings in the client´s operation.- Monitoring financial and administrative management, focused on costs and expenses of the operation to keep and improve profits between 20% and 25%. - Monitoring the HSE Management that involve entire operation, from import, land transportation and storage in the warehouses, to the respective delivery to the client. - Leading Social Conflicts issues (with communities and unions), looking for solutions to conflicts and ensuring operational continuity with the client. - Monitoring the legal processes protecting the interests of the Company, ensuring transparency against the position of Legal Representative.
