      Worked on a project to manage Consolidated Action Tracking System and tracking of audit recommendations and actions. Assisted Operations team in managing support to offshore team. Prepared asset documentation and processes for Internal and external Audits. Lead an incident investigation team to investigate incident and developed lessons learned to be shared within the company. Operations Manager is a key member of the Asset Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the onshore support team for offshore platform in North Sea, working in collaboration with the OIM and deputising for the Asset Manager. Managed offshore operations of Everest field in North Sea. Assisted in executing EEE project which increased Everest Production by 100%, the project involved commissioning of subsea wells and topsides modification to tie-in the new riser. Planned and executed a Flotel campaign to liquidate Project work. Plans developed for executing Flotel campaigns in 2014 and 2015 for liquidating Safety critical backlogs and improve Asset Integrity. Manage all Brownfield projects for Panna, Mukta and Tapti offshore fields. Execute projects like Zero Flare, Water dumping and injection, Hardening projects etc. Successfully managed C1 barge campaign with 300 personnel onboard in Panna field for 105 days. Also worked as Operations Interface Manager for Hydra project and PL project. As a Shutdown Manager managed shutdowns in Panna field with more than 350 people mobilised to offshore in May2009, April 2010. Worked as Field Operation Manager for Block 60 establishing processes and systems for enabling future Drilling and Facilities Construction work. Managed HSSE and Operations of Oil & Gas platform producinig 40000 BOPD and 210 MMSCFD. Managing Offshore and Onshore Construction activties for Tapti Temporary Compressor Project which involved installing two Process Gas Compressors and its associated Balance of Plant equipments on live platform Managing day to day operations of offshore platform and satellite platforms. Ensuring stable and smooth operations of Gas Compression, Dehydration and Sweetening systems. Optimising well stock to maximise oil production. Supporting projects team in delivering production enhancement projects. Working with drilling teams to deliver new wells, cleaning up and stimulation of new wells.

      Deliver and Accountable for CSU Discipline Delivery Plan requirements.
