  I’m leading the network infrastructure expansion planning with functions to ensure that there are developmental optimal long term plans within 25 years and beyond, which are compliance to Grid code to sustain the current and future economic growth there by: • Developing and maintaining the Network Development Plans which contains projects required to be implemented within 5-10 year window period, which are categorized as the short term plans. The following were the keys functions performed under the portfolio: • Measuring and comparing portfolio results to determine if the portfolio is meeting its short-and-long term objectives and examining both tactical and strategic parameters, as defined in the Operating Unit.• Monitoring Performance and tracking trends on the project portfolio management and identifying shortfalls. Identifying the root cause of non-complaint projects and/or portfolio and developing corrective action plans to ensure meeting or exceeding its objectives.• Ensuring cost accounting control and compliance to financial controls on the portfolio. Ensuring probabilistic techniques are applied by using advanced simulation and statistical techniques.•Producing the Customer Application Planning Proposals by ensuring the proposed loads are correctly modeled, using computer modelling techniques that the special needs, such as flicker, harmonics and motor starting, can be accommodated in the network.
