  I advise customers on design or improve their logistics needs in an effort to improve service or cut costs. I encompass a wide range of logistics practices in order for the business to function. I make recommendations regarding warehouse operations, delivery options and transportation strategies. Specific duties and goals vary from project to project. As a logistics consultant, I may identify optimal warehouse locations for one client, and then be asked to reduce delivery costs for another.
