      • Perform all recruitment and hiring of internal and external Teacher Aide I, Teacher Aide II and substitute aide positions. • Responsible for ensuring employment references are completed and making employment offers for all positions in our Day Program. • Create all salary agreements for new staff. • Provide strong customer service in guiding hiring managers with recruitment and staffing issues as well as with policies, and processes. • Work with hiring managers in the final interview stages by assisting them with determining wise hiring decisions and in addition process the final selection by obtaining compensation information, tendering an offer to the candidate, facilitating background checks and seeing the candidate through the process until their start date. • Work closely with the HR staff members, payroll and Education Supervisors in order to consistently establish and asses the needs of the agency. • Process all termination paperwork and conduct all exit interviews. • Maintain the necessary paperwork on all independent contractors and creating their annual contracts. • Attend job fairs held by outside agencies in order to obtain qualified candidates for both the regular school year in addition to our summer program.
