  I am glad to share that the Harbinger Management Team has called me back to head the Quality Function in the Organisation. This is a very challenging and equally critical role to ensure smooth and successful delivery of the required services. With a new outlook, I am able to implement the Governance Model in the Organisation, setting up High standards. l am happy to take over this new responsibility and enjoy the elevated experience, bringing in AI to Quality Assurance improving productivity and efficiency. It's long way to go. Will give my full attention to enrich this role. Show less In the Agile world today, it is hard to give time for quality assurance activities separately, so everything under excellence is becoming as hygiene now during the entire delivery operation process. Developers need to maintain the source code quality right from the beginning and build the solutions quickly and smartly. Achieving quality at every step is key for excellence function. At the same time reporting real-time and true health status indications to senior management is an equally important task of the Engineering Excellence function. Show less
