  It has been an honor for me to be able to work at BPHN KEMENKUMHAM RI for about a month. I was placed in the section of the National Law Planning Center (Pusat Perencanaan Hukum Nasional ). There was 3 sectors inside the National Law Planning Center, viz.:1. Legislation Planning Sector2. Academic Drafting Sector3. The Alignment of Academic Scripts' SectorDuring my internship, I did some of these things:1. Researched about some topics related to Academic Scripts various legislation that was being drafted;2. Learned about how to compose an academic script;3. Learned about Regulatory Impact Assesment (RIA) methods in academic drafting;4. Made some meeting report and proceeding hearing;5. Made another document (Cost and Benefit Analysis [CBA] table, etc). Show less

  Chandra as a researcher at the constitutional court, I'm wrote an article related to the hottest constitutional issues. This research is part of the MBKM collaboration between the Faculty of Law, University of Jember and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia.

  Assistant Lawyer

  Chandra worked as an assistant lawyer for 4 months at the Legal Aid Institute of the Leadership Council of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (LBH DPP PSI). During her time as an assistant lawyer, Chandra gained experience in creating legal documents and court documents such as power of attorney, subpoenas, lawsuits, police reports, indictments, answers, replications, and so on.Some of the types of cases she has done are criminal, civil, labor, judicial review related to the age limit of presidential and vice presidential candidates ahead of the 2024 elections, until political party cases (legislative members and legislative candidates). In addition, she is also a consultant for prospective clients at the Legal Aid Institute, by routinely providing legal opinions on problems faced by people who need legal assistance. For 4 months, she has managed to make approximately 64 legal opinions given to the people as potential clients.Chandra also actively participated in the Technical Guidance on the Law of Procedures for Disputing General Election Results in 2024, which was held by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia in 2023. Through the Technical Guidance that has been passed, Chandra has the knowledge to face election cases in Indonesia as a competent advocate. Show less
