  I was deputed as resident engineer at IOCL.IOCL is one of the major mission critical support customer for HPE India Ltd and one of the biggest SAP HANA client for SAP India. At present around 10000 users login every day from an average of 600 different locations and the database size of approx. 6 TB. The setup includes two different SD32000 Superdomes and Superdome Flex for both Database and Central Instance configured in HP Cluster with 20 application servers running SAP instancesAt this site I got opportunity to work on almost all HPE products such as HP Mission critical Products like HP RP & PARISC Server, Blade Servers, Integrity Superdome, Prolient servers, Virtual Tape Library, Enterprise Service Library (ESL), and SAN Director (SN800B) Switch. As back up tool we are using HP Data Protector. For the monitoring purposes we have deployed IRSA7.9 (Insight Remote Support Advance) at customer site Show less
