  Working directly with international military officers from 29 NATO nations training soldiers as military advisors to Afghanistan military and government agencies as part of NATO's RESOLUTE SUPPORT mission based in Kabul, Afghanistan. Living in The Netherlands as part of an 800 person NATO Joint Force Command I was routinely the only American in my work center. Extensive travel and work experience throughout Europe especially in Germany, Belgium and Poland. Responsible for 11 US Navy Helicopters valued at nearly 400 million dollars and 150+ personnel as Aviation Maintenance Department Head and senior Program Manager. Led 38 projects resulting in industry leading inspection results and numerous unit awards. Selected #1 of 40+ Naval Officers and recommended for early promotion.

  The Integrations Management Office's is responsible for delivering a successful integration of corporate acquisitions by ensuring program-wide synergy execution, cross-initiative collaboration and coordination of resources. I lead a team designed to produce a monthly Power BI driven fully dynamic and access-controlled reporting package with global enterprise scale, used by the most senior levels of FIS management. I normalize data from multiple internal domains to drive advanced visualizations giving business leaders the insights needed to manage their portfolios.
