Appointed to special white-collar prosecution unit, recovering more than $400,000 in restitution for victims of major fraud schemes. - Published case: People v. Ball, 407 P.3d 580 (Colo. 2017). Won interlocutory appeal before Colorado Supreme Court.

Litigated pretrial motions on matters implicating clients’ privacy rights. Advocated clients’ interests in and out of the courtroom to judges, prosecutors, and Air Force/Space Force commanders. Led solo office with paralegal supervisory responsibilities. Represented the United States at trials and other contested hearings in federal military courts. Drafted and argued pretrial motions. Oversaw all Air Force personnel investigations at the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews, and military agencies in the National Capital Region. Managed a team of 10 attorneys and paralegals.
