  After being promoted to Senior Designer and Manager of the Composition Department, I worked to drive sales by overseeing web programs, print magazine sales opportunities, new graphic recruits, and overall production. ✓ I managed the production and design of The Evening Times, The Germantown News, and commercial print campaigns for several large and small businesses, including Crye-Like Realtors, Coldwell Banker, Fidelity Bank, local Ford and Chevrolet dealerships, and local political campaigns, among others.✓ I boosted social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and increased engagement by 300 percent.✓ To improve the overall aesthetic and function of a local newspaper’s online edition, I researched and implemented a complete overhaul to a new platform, which drove a 200% increase in new subscription sales, automated subscriptions, and created accurate circulation reporting.✓ Additionally, I launched the online edition mobile application in the Google Play store and Apple store.✓ I managed production, including ordering print and insert machinery parts, running print jobs, vendor orders, and assisting with customer service and circulation.   After Paxton Media acquired Crittenden Publishing Company, I provided training and prepared their off-site agents to assume production management responsibilities, which included assisting in the migration of vendor and circulation information, social media channels, and server information.✓ Additionally, I trained off-site temporary workers in creating projects using in-house technology and ensured continuity by managing production and serving as Senior Graphic Designer.✓ As car dealership ad sales began to decline, I facilitated meetings between Paxton's representatives and local dealership management to enhance communication and relationships. Through this effort, we were able to boost dealership ad sales by reorganizing and personalizing their ad campaigns.✓ I bridged the gap between Paxton’s new file types and programs and Crittenden’s existing infrastructure by creating and implementing new protocols and training, which reduced press issues and optimized composition department efficiency.
