  I was able to gain experience in all aspects of the store including replenishing stock, helping customers with questions regarding the wide variety of products stocked over Christmas, completing sales transactions and customer orders, and inter-store tasks, such as stock transfers.

  Due to the small team in this concession this role covers a wide variety of tasks including cash office, personnel recruitment, visual merchandising and advanced sales and stock tasks. In the absence of the manager I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the concession. I spend time ensuring that store spending is kept to budget, and also negotiate some budget areas with the store manager. I also roll out KPI training and motivate staff to ensure they are maximising the potential to reach these.I am my stores nominated person to attend courses and digest information before organising appropriate training sessions for the remainder of the team on a diverse range of subjects. I also ensure that all paperwork has been completed to confirm attendance of employees at these sessions. Show less
