Plan is communicated to the supply function and continuous follow up to ensure timely execution.- Monthly reporting of the closing inventory of the company to ensure that all the categories are in line with the stocking strategy and prepare analysis for any deviations- Coordinate all the reformulation projects that impact raw material requirements and coordinate the implementation timing to avoid any residuals that could lead to write off’s- Periodically review and adjust the stocking strategies of the raw materials to ensure the inventories and the storage capacities are in line with demand requirements.- Coordinate with the demand planner to ensure all the imported products importations are timely executed to meet sales demand knowing that the importation cycle takes 3 months- Responsible for maintaining the coding of all the products on SAP (ERP system)Organizational relationships:Egypt Network Planning Manager Show less
