Show less I developed the Technology Control Plan (TCP) as a dedicated Export Controls Specialist for the Navy Training Platform Systems Training Contract which sought to provide specialist trades training for four Navy Platforms (LHD, MHC, AOR and DDG). This required a strong and developed understanding of ITAR, EAR, FMS and DEC regulations to ensure the TCP was accurate and incorporated existing technology controls from the relevant System Program Office's (SPOs) that managed the Platforms.  Under a compressed timeframe of four weeks, the TCP was well received and used as the template for future TCP's developed by that section.
