    • Accenture in India

      Jul 2012 - Aug 2015

At Accenture, I was working in a capacity of a Quality Analyst and a Quality Assurance Tester; where in I got an opportunity to closely work with my client- Bank of America. The project dealt with testing Bank of America’s application that pertains to Underwriting process in Credit Risk Technology. I have an expertise in requirement gathering, preparation of test strategy, test scripts, test conditions and test cases. On an everyday basis while ensuring timely project deliverables, I used various platforms such as Java, SQL server, as well as as testing tools such as QTP, AXE, and QC. In addition, successfully completed the automated regression test scripts using AXE and QTP that reduced the manual efforts in each regression cycle.I have been successful in handling the migration of the application to a different portfolio due to organization restructuring which was highly appreciated by the clients. I was also handling and supporting the project during critical phases which includes my achievements such as ability to take up the requirement changes by the client during SIT And UAT phases. Some of the highlights of key responsibilities as the only resource for the project from offshore are indicated below:1. Understanding business requirements2. Creating Test Cases based upon the requirement3. One on one Client interactions4. Testing the Java based application in SIT and UAT phases. (Both front end and back end )5. Delivering quality solutions within timeline. 6. Knowledge transfer to fresh recruits7. Working on JIRA portal8. Updating Quality Center for the cycle9. Attending Scrum meetings10. Automating regression suite using Quality Test Professional and AXE11. Detecting defects, working with the developers and ensuring timely closure of the issues.12. Maintaining issue tracker for each release. Show less

      May 2017 - Aug 2021

As a Product Supply Data Scientist, I had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in the global and regional Project Uber Black. Project focused on optimizing the Cost to Serve to Customer, with the aim of enabling a comprehensive view of supply chain costs from both the business unit and market perspectives.1. Developed and delivered a front-end solution on the business intelligence (BI) platform.2. Managed vendor relationships, conducted integration testing, and oversaw ongoing enhancements in the minimum viable product (MVP).3. Utilized data science techniques to develop algorithms for the allocation of supply chain costs at the SKU level and implemented efforts to optimize cost efficiency.4. Managed Jira, overseeing solution enhancements for back-end data stitching and front-end user capabilities.5. Conducted technical feasibility tests for business requirements and authored technical documentation.6. Collaborated with regional teams across Japan, China, Latin America, the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom.7. Provided technical guidance in the creation of data products and offered technical support during loss analysis workshops.8. Facilitated the onboarding process for regional Data Scientists on technical implementation.9. Transferred knowledge to BU and Sales and Marketing Operations teams regarding new tool capabilities. In addition to my role as a Data Scientist, I also served as a Flow Analyst. Some key responsibilities in this capacity included:-Conducting inventory modeling using FIM (Finished goods Inventory Model), XIM (Extended Inventory Model), and MIM (Materials Inventory Model) techniques.-Employing advanced analytics techniques for operating strategy modeling.-Offering technical recommendations to BU leaders on cost and cash reduction opportunities.Through these roles, I have contributed to optimizing supply chain operations, improving cost efficiency, and providing valuable technical insights to drive business growth. Show less Digital Backbone ArchitectureI had the privilege of spearheading the implementation of a digital backbone data architecture, which facilitated faster data acquisition and analysis. By leading end-to-end execution, I established a centralized and scalable data infrastructure, integrating various systems such as Plant Historians, PROFICY servers, and BIG Data integration while prioritizing cybersecurity and scalability. This robust data architecture laid the foundation for enhanced data-driven decision-making across the organization.Dashboard for Process ReportingTo facilitate efficient process reporting, I actively engaged with stakeholders to capture their requirements and created reporting tools on user-friendly platforms. These tools were designed to capture and analyze losses in manufacturing units while providing valuable insights into process performance. Furthermore, I developed a Digitization Masterplan, for the Fabric & Home Care platform, which outlined the roadmap for digitizing various processes across the BU. This masterplan served as a comprehensive guide for embracing digital transformation and maximizing operational efficiency.Predictive Maintenance StrategiesIdentifying opportunity areas for implementation, I focused on leveraging predictive maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance. By analyzing key process parameters and their impact on component lifetime, I identified critical areas where proactive maintenance could prevent breakdowns and improve equipment effectiveness. Formulating and validating predictive algorithms, I developed strategies to anticipate maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance. To ensure a seamless end-user experience, I defined requirements for the implementation and usability of the predictive maintenance system. Collaboration with vendors and technical experts was essential in executing the implementation, as it required a deep understanding of the equipment and its maintenance requirements. Show less
