Created first department of Organization and Workforce Development. Redesigned the functional HR services, including: compensation and benefits, talent management, employee relations and engagement. Created first HR strategic plan to align with the overall business strategy.

      Leading the integration of three hospitals into a regional entity within The University of Maryland Medical System. Responsible for strategic integration and leadership of all HR functions for the region, especially the establishment of a new, consolidated culture. Combined compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, talent management and all HR policies. Led the tactical execution of the HR strategy for the region. Project Manager for the reorganization of HR service delivery to create four Centers of Expertise supported by a shared service, Business Partner model. Specifically responsible for the creation of the Talent Management Center of Expertise.
