      As a supervisor at Lakeside Bar, I honed my cash management and complaint handling skills while simultaneously enhancing my customer service abilities and gaining fundamental team management knowledge during the slower nights and days of the week.During this period, I also continued to assist at the owner’s other bar in Thorney during Functions, Weddings, and Christmas parties. I began my career as Front Of House staff at a lakeside bar and restaurant. In this fast-paced environment, I learned both the floor and bar operations.       I’m thrilled to share that in October 2022, I was promoted to Assistant Manager at Loungers PLC. During this time, I quickly gained a reputation as a bartender, not only within my own establishment but also across the East Midlands area due to assisting other sites when they needed coverage.
