  Executive Director for one of the largest, most progressive youth lacrosse organizations in Colorado. Boulder Lacrosse has grown from just over 100 boys in 2008 to more than 800 boys players by 2016. Our community-based program provides year-round opportunities including travel teams, camps, and clinics, with a significant scholarship program for deserving families. Presented with the 2016 "Excellence in Growing the Game" award by the Colorado Lacrosse Foundation.

  Director of Programming for the umbrella brand that powers the University of Denver Pioneers lacrosse camps, clinics and tournaments, the Denver Elite club teams, and the USBOXLA Denver box lacrosse programs. Reporting directly to the University of Denver Men's Lacrosse team coaches, the Director of Programming oversees administration and registration for LXTC's wide array of lacrosse offerings.

  Committee members participate in the annual process to revise and adopt Boys Youth Lacrosse Rules for US Lacrosse, the national governing body of the sport.

  Played an integral role on a team standing up a professional lacrosse league and insuring the success of an inaugural season. Responsibilities included oversight of player travel, lodging, team logistics, practices, and game day operations. Supervised travel coordinators for 6 lacrosse clubs over the course of 14 event weekends in 13 different cities, and managed company use of Lola.com and Southwest.com platforms for all air travel. Worked closely with coaches, players, officials, training staff, vendors, equipment managers, and volunteers to deliver a best-in-class experience for participating athletes and spectators.
