  I managed a team of assessors to deliver high quality Apprenticeships to learners in over 35 leisure centres across England. The team delivered a range of frameworks including Intermediate Apprenticeships in Leisure Operation, Instructing Exercise & Fitness or Advanced Apprenticeships in Leisure Management or Personal Training.During my time I grew the leisure provision from its infancy to a successful division delivering to over 150 apprentices.

  I worked in conjunction with the delivery team to review the tracking and monitoring of learner progress across direct and partner provison to ensure timely interventions where needed to support driving up success rates. In line with this I led a project to review the learner journey to streamline efficiency to ensure smooth progression of all aspects of administering an Apprenticeship programme. These actions had a significant impact resulting in an 13% increase in overall success and an 11% in timely success rates. Show less
