  Mr. Kramer has over 20 years of experience in the environmental field. He has been a Project Manager for several Federal and State Trust Fund contracts. Mr. Kramer performs Phase I, II Environmental Site Assessments, as well as supervises and performs asbestos, lead-based paint and radon surveys. He also arranges drilling of soil borings and monitoring wells, coordinating laboratory analyses, supervising UST removals and contaminated soil excavations, and other field activities. Mr. Kramer interprets the field data and prepares reports for all associated work.
