      Vendor onboarding team was a specialized team in training and onboarding new sellers, which was once part of the vendor management team and was separated because of the growing need for sellers’ onboarding. The main goal of the team was to design an efficient workflow for providing sellers with the best training material and training session so they can have an easy and fast process to start selling their products on the Platform.
