As a member of the Water Resource Management team (WRM), I have been able to help create a hiking trail in the Purdue owned ACRE wetland. The majority of time has been spent designing, planning, purchasing, and constructing an 18 foot bridge over a drainage ditch to make the path walkable. I have developed my CAD skills through designing signs for the pathway, and my business skills through analyzing the materials needed and filing numerous purchase request forms as seen fit. As the project partner liaison I am in charge of communicating our progress and holdups with our various partners. Show less
