REMS is an Integrated Work Management System from BIG Center, with a central database that tracks all real estate related activity for Citi’s portfolio of leased and owned locations. This includes Lease Management, Facilities Management, and Capital Projects. Citi’s Space Management System, Archibus, is the central database for all of Citi’s global building and occupancy data. In addition to End User Support, responsibilities included the development of 24/7 Computer-Based training and all training material for REMS and Archibus, and delivering Projects Module training as the Subject Matter Expert.Since June 2005, I was the primary source for subject matter expertise, development, training, and expansion of the Real Estate Management System’s Projects Module; leveraging my experience as a licensed Architect and Project Management professional.
