Also functioned as the branches lending administrator. Duties included overseeing client lending files and work flow with lendors. As a mortgage administrator is was responsible for reviewing mortgage documentation received at the Scotiabank Administration centre from lawyers offices to ensure accuracy. I was also responsible to follow up with the lawyers if documents were deficient and inaccurate. After working their for a short period of time I was promoted to the funding department which issues the cheques once all paperwork is in order to approve the funding of mortgages.
