Experiences in newbuilding projects (cable laying ship, container ship, semi-submersible drilling platform, process modules) and in 4 FPSO conversion projects. Held roles in system design, commercial and technical evaluation of packages, client approval, change control and delivery of packages, construction and commissioning support, project close-out and handover activities. Completed 2 assignments in Brazil for US$113mil Process Modules and US$630mil FPSO Construction projects. Responsible to raise project budget, engage JV partners for fund approval, cost estimating, manage design contractor, act as contract holder, plan and manage site execution, system handover, and as-building. Delivered 5 fire and gas system panels with contract value RM13mil within schedule and cost. Volunteered to undertake site execution engineer role for RM1.4mil Labuan Crude Oil Terminal fire and gas system upgrade project when there are insufficient resources. As Project Close-out Coordinator, oversaw close out and document handover activities of 275 Technical Integrity Restoration projects from contractor.
