      Counselling Psychology Intern

      This particular internship opportunity was one of the best opportunities I was provided with as a Psychology Student. During my practice here i dealt with clients facing learning disabilities, Depression, Family issues, Personality disorder and Phobic Anxiety. I was able to attend a counselling camp which was organized at a rural community service centre for the welfare of the students and parents. I was able to deal with a client facing mobile addiction and anger issues. it was my first experience in counseling and case history taking which provided me with an idea of what this profession asks of me and how well I was able to handle the situation. It has also improved my knowledge regarding how one should cater to the needs of each individual patiently and with atmost respect towards their problems. Show less
