  -Welcomed new students and families to the USF community and connected them with peers, faculty, and staff by sharing personal experiences and knowledge.-Led 30 first-year students in weekend-long events. -Continued outreach and support for new students during fall semester events.- As a Returning Orientation leader I was tasked with offering help and advice to a huddle of 4 new orientation leaders.- Aid Team Leaders with respective tasks. -Mentored Freshmen throughout their first semester of college and offered advice and guidance.-Shared personal knowledge and experiences about academic work, college, and city life.-Facilitated office hours in Calculus I, Intro to Physics for Engineers, and Chemistry for Engineers.-Provided insight into the field of engineering and its associated careers as a basis for developing a career path. Peer mentor/ Teaching assistant for the Summer Zero program. This is a multi-week academic enrichment program designed to prepare first-year engineering students for college life. The responsibilities required being a teaching assistant to Calculus I and a Writing course and host office hours. Guiding the freshmen through the transition period between Highschool and College while providing necessary resources. Mentoring a group of freshmen throughout the 5 week course.

  Facilities Engineering Intern

  -Contributed to developing two cart designs to aid in the transport of materials in two parts of the plant to aid in the loading of components and reduce injury and destruction of parts.-Remodeled plant drawings on CAD for PCC Airfoils and Eastlake plants to aid the accounting department with locating assets.-Reached out to contractors to set up quotes to fix floors around the plant and paint various rooms around the plant, to prevent further injuries from occurring.
