My main responsibilities were to direct, plan, supervise and control the professional, technical and administrative activities carried out by the area under my charge, in order to ensure that the policies and procedures required by the organization are complied with, ensuring not only an excellent quality service, but also ensuring the efficient and effective administration of the available resources; this through data analysis, management and monitoring the team and working together with other areas of the Bank, seeking to improve processes.
