  Here I learned the tools needed to move forward into the pest control industry. There was no technical and training department so I had to study and learn the basics of commercial and residential pest control through study manuals and literature. I pushed and developed my social skills in sales, communication, and customer service. After my employment here I left to seek out Western Exterminators where I found the answers and training needed to discover and develop my talents.

  For almost 8 years I have served with western exterminators accepting many callings from supervisor, pest manager , branch manager and Operations Manager. I have specialized in heat remediation and canine detection for bed bugs and was instrumental in bringing and assembling westerns first heat remediation team. I have maintained and developed many relationships with our large commercial accounts such as the regional housing authority ,Terrawest properties, and many others.My daily operations include reviewing financial statements sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement also direct and coordinate service centers finance and budget activities and funds for operations. I also have overseen and trained 40 + technicians and sales reps, I was able to with my team hit number one in overall performance for the entire company back in 2011 also we were awarded second place in the company for customer relationships and retention for 4 years in a row. I have also successfully managed difficult problems and situations that had the potential for legal action, planned and directed sales promotions and other various events to increase brand exposure, conduct daily cancellations, conducted quality assurance audits, established departmental policies and procedures and safety regulations . I have been blessed to grow evolve and move up as opportunities presented themselves and for that I have been grateful to western exterminators for providing those opportunities to push my limits.   I run a great group of technicians with Preventive. I am just a vessel to help our colleges shine more like a hands on guidance counselor. I do enjoy getting dirty from time to time with anything from German roach clean outs to BBQ'n Bed Bugs. I also am very involved in the sales and growth of our service center. I love working with new prospects and being apart of the proposal and sales process. I carry licenses in general, termite, ground fume. I have set up and delt with major commercial accounts being involved on every level from sales, service, management, and quality assurance. I carry my certifications in OSHA 10, fall protection, food saftey, signature care, organic and green shield. I am well rounded and strong suited in the pest control industry and have built very important relationships over the years. I have cleaned up and re written alot of commercial accounts along with creating new sources of residual revenu and inplementing SOPs . I have also implemented OSHA STANDERS OF OPERATION training with SEXUAL and AT WORK HARASSMENT PREVENTION . I have done several termite pretreatment s along with maintaining important relationships within the pest control industry. I love the idea of a new challenge and will do whatever it takes to create growth and resolve complex situation. I am big on customer retention and have made it one of my best skills.   Well I finally did it and created Adams PC LLC. Honestly I got tired of hearing that I was over qualified and why had I not started my own company. I have been through much with a divorce this past year but I know it is only through adversity that we become stronger,better, and more refined. I have served in several valuable capacities with Western Exterminators and am thankful for that knowledge More over, I was instrumental in organizing Preventives Pest Controls commercial division as there service manager along with maintaning Copesan acxounts while Western was the elcted vendor in Las Vegas. It has been through the labor of love I have been blessed to be apart of and do great things here in Las Vegas and I know it only goes up from here. My moto with Adams is there is no job to big or to small because at Adams Pest Control we do it all. Show less

  After almost 14 years in the pest control industry serving successfully in many roles I am able to use my experience as Truly Nolen’s Senior Territory Inspector/ Commercial Accounts Manager + State Licensed Termite Inspector. I have become a master of my craft using my knowledge and experience to help protect families and businesses from invading pests. I have seen how a lot of the pest control industry operates and since I have audited technicians, service programs, and pest control companies I have a clear understanding of what homes and businesses really need as opposed to what the “Previous Sales Guy and Company” sold them. I see such a disconnect in quality of service within my industry and I am here to stop it. Companies with big names oversell you on equipment and often do not deliver on the services promised. I am a messenger of enlightenment and I can diagnose a real pest issue as opposed to most of these frauds out there who sell you on unreal expectations instead of results. I have set up everything from large commercial accounts that have third part auditors to resident homes and am one of the few who will not recommend something I feel you don’t need. So far I have been able to help several businesses and families break free from big companies that over charge and don’t deliver . My passion for what I do drives me to find solutions many other can’t or haven’t considered and because I genuinely care I push for greener more long term solutions in order to keep pests out of homes and protect businesses that need there brand secure.
