       Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Telenor (Telecommunication Company) 4 Business Unit (Grameenphone (Bangladesh), DIGI (Malaysia), DTAC (Thailand) & Telenor Pakistan (Pakistan)) and Telenor GSS Malaysia IT (DC & DR) Infrastructure management for Server, Storage and Backup inventory of these 4 Telecom Company. Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of 4 BU’s production Servers Operating System management as per client’s requirement & doing hands on work in different production OS including RHEL 6.x & 7.x, Oracle Sun Solaris 10.x & 11.x & Microsoft Windows. Doing L2 work on User management, Solaris SVM, Linux, crontab editing, sudo administration, System hardening, daily server health check, kernel parameter tuning as per vendor suggestion, overall system performance tuning. Managing and ensuring all production servers data (DB, FS & Application) backup and recovery with SLA target of RTO and RPO using production level licensed backup technologies (Dell EMC Networker, EMC Avamar, HP Data Protector, Symantec NetBackup, Microsoft Data Protection Manager & Commvault Hitachi Data Security) for all 4 BU of Telenor. Administrative Management of the virtual technology platform including Red hat Virtualization, Oracle virtualization manager, Oracle Sun Solaris (ZPool, RPool), Oracle Sun Solaris LDOM, VMWARE and Hyper-V Technology. Capacity management of the technological resources as per client’s requirement and provide capacity report monthly and daily. Enterprise level Infrastructure service management including Incident management, Change management, Problem management & Inventory level configuration item update in database. Handling & provide resolution of critical & major level incident in Data Center with proper change management flow and provide proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to the clients for every specific incident.
