      Activities and Societies: Develop confident and competent Warrior Police Small Unit Leaders, through demanding tactical, technical, and Army values-based training, enabling them to assure the mobility, freedom of action, and protection of the forces they support. I was the platoon leader/sergeant during the course and graduated top of my class with exceptional scores at all levels. This course focused on leadership and technical skills required to prepare Soldiers selected for promotion to staff sergeant to effectively lead squad/platoon size units. The ALC consists of a both a 90-day highly facilitated web-based common core program and a branch-specific resident phase designed for the Soldiers military occupation specialty.

      Activities and Societies: Major Command mobility planning, unit movement planning. Organization structure (e.g., Air Force, Army, pertaining to air and/or surface operations). The transportability of the unit’s organic equipment and cargo. Characteristics and capabilities of the type of asset the unit requires (flatcars, box cars, C-5/C-17 aircraft versus C-130, container ship versus cargo and/or Roll-On/Roll-Off ship). Hazardous materials certification process. A unit movement operation is the movement of unit equipment, personnel, and accompanyingsupplies from one location to another. Unit movement operations are conducted during trainingexercises, mobilization, and deployment. Unit movement operations are planned, coordinated, andexecuted by four principal modes: rail, motor, air, and sea. The mode of movement determinestactics, techniques and procedures for preparation, planning, coordination and execution of unitmovements.

CBP deploys highly trained law enforcement personnel who apprehend more than 1,000 individuals each day for suspected violations of U.S. laws. CBP's priority mission is to prevent terrorists and terrorist weapons from entering the United States and ensuring the security of our nation at America's borders and ports of entry.

The first course of study in the US Army Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES). WLC is a month long course that trains Specialists, Corporals, and Sergeants in the fundamentals of leadership. The course curriculum includes instruction in Leadership Skills, Training Skills and Warfighting Skills.
