The business and corporate portion of my practice includes organizations, buy/sell agreements, transactions, governance matters and corporate agreements, succession planning, collection matters, and other business/corporate matters. In the estate planning and trust practice area, my work includes wills, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, lake cabin agreements, gifting and estate tax planning, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning and trust matters.
