      As CTO, I completely transformed a telecommunications operation that had low investment and customer acquisitions in 2010, into a fully operational network, competing well with market leaders. For example, I improved company quality and achieved rollout targets through reorganizing the technical organization of 384 engineers divided in three regional groups, including civil works, RF engineering, core engineering and NOC. Improving company processes, such as re-engineering a low investment operation into an operational network with high customer acquisition led to the generation 3.4 million new subs in 2011. I also managed contracts for more than 20 Vietnamese infrastructure providers, also including ALU, Huawei, and Ericsson, for the design and implementation of the telecommunication RAN network and Core.
