  • Observation of mechanical and hydraulic presses for sheet metal operations including deep drawing and extrusion• Development of an in-depth understanding about the process flow of the engine assembly, the sub-assemblies and the main assembly of the 70 cc bikes by visiting different workshops• Design and automation concept of the clutch plate leveler machine on SOLIDWORKS, resulting in a production capacity of 13000 plates per shift, and reduction in labor cost by 50%• Proposal of a pneumatic cylinder based on the required production capacity having a suitable stroke length and speed, a proximity sensor for signal based automation.
