  Prayaas India is a non-profit NGO, founded in the year 2008 under Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is run by students of BIT Sindri, Jharkhand. It primarily works in the Education sector providing free and quality education to needy children in the neighborhood areas of the institute while providing facilities like library, Computer labs, Digital Classrooms, books, and stationery items, etc. Currently, there are 4 centers in Sindri (Dhanbad) with a cumulative strength of 450 students. Apart from that regular Blood Donation camps in association with Govt. Hospitals, Health Checkup camps, plantation drives, Clothes distribution, Annual Techno- Cultural Fest RAINBOW, and various other activities conducted for the betterment and holistic development of the students and people of nearby villages.I have been bestowed with the responsibility of managing the Media relations and promotion of Prayass India on various media & social platforms.   Steel Authority of India (SAIL) Bokaro plant is an Integrated Steel Plant dealing with a large range of Steel products primarily Cold Rolled Steel Sheets. It was incorporated in the year 1966 and is one of the largest steel plants in India. As a Vocational Trainee, I was involved in overviewing the entire steel manufacturing process in detail staring from Raw Material Handling plant & Coke Oven to Cold Rolling of steel sheets & Pickling.

  Paintingwing is a club of BIT Sindri which promotes and nurtures the Artistic ability of the students in the college and nearby schools of the Sindri, Dhanbad region. We believe that "Every child is a born artist but as we grow up, it becomes difficult to retain that creativity", so painting wing regularly organizes Art Fests and competitions like SAMARPAN (Mega ArtFest of BIT Sindri), CREATIONS (Inter - School Art Competition), etc. to provide the students with the kind of opportunity and exposure to help them learn, innovate, create and get a chance to actually know themselves in a better way.As Vice president and Marketing Head of painting Wing, I was bestowed with the responsibility to lead the team on planning & program implementation, marketing of upcoming events & products, and nurturing the upcoming leaders of the team.
