I had full accountability for Customer satisfaction and supply of service, Profitability, Outputs, Efficiency, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Budgets and people development. A close working relationship with the customers and a working knowledge of the filling lines were key to our success.During my time with the company we experienced many years of expansion and the company named changed many times. Fourteen production lines producing pre-moistened wipes for the major multiple retailers, private and own label brands. I was also responsible for supporting a new factory in Magdeburg, Germany
