  As of February 2019 I have taken the additional responsibility of COO as well as Finance Director at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden. As COO I have management responsibility for all on-going operations of the garden. As Finance Director I have responsibility for keeping our books, processing payroll, paying vendors and contractors, tracking results of special events, preparing monthly financial statements and annual budgets, In 2015 I worked on the financing for the next phase of construction. I report to the CEO, chair the Finance Committee and work with our board. The Santa Fe Botanical Garden has two sites in the Santa Fe NM area. Our largest site, located at Museum Hill, opened its first of three gardens on July 19, 2013 and broke ground for the second on 10/31/15. This project has significantly increased the size of our budget and the financial complexity of our operation.
