Improvement of the process of the product of the plant-based oat(1) Reseach on the characteristics of different raw materials.(2) Reseach and improve the characteristics of oat products.For example, the oxidationof the fat, the stability of the oat protein.(3) Improve the process by enzymatic hydrolysis technology, as well as other technologies to improve the process to increase the yield, reduce the cost.(4) Led the technical team to take over the problems.Achievement:1. Successfully developed 3 oat extract powder and 5 oat syrup products, all of which are good commercialized.2.
